MENTORING PROGRAM:
Recognizing the unique value of mentorship, Women in Management Club is initiating a mentor/mentoring program at RSM for the first year!

We aim to match current first-year women with alumni women in a mentoring relationship. In the frame of this program, mentees seek and receive advice on various issues related to academics, job/career search, and international expat life. In addition to individual pairings, club's mentorship program intends to host several events during the school year to foster the overall atmosphere of mentorship and networking between the women, past and present, of RSM Erasmus University. We hosted a gathering in the spring with female alumni and MBA students with proceeds going to a charitable cause.

During the first year of RSM's mentoring program we have paired 20+ MBA students with a mentor.
Since this is the first year of the Mentoring program, mentor relationships for MBA06 and EMBA05 will be fostered in the Spring of 2006. However, the incoming class of 2007 will begin their pairing sometime in the fall of 2005 .
